Our commitment

A New Image Denture Clinic wants our website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnifiers or voice control.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We are working towards that standard, and we do not claim the site is perfect.

What we do

  • Pages use clear headings, landmarks and a skip link to the main content.
  • Text is set at a readable size and meets colour contrast guidelines.
  • Everything can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.
  • Forms have labels and plain error messages.
  • Pages work on phones, tablets and desktops, and when text is enlarged.

Known limits

Some content comes from other providers, such as embedded maps and any downloadable forms, and we may not control how accessible they are.

If a form or document does not work for you, call us and we will help you by phone or in person.

Other ways to reach us

You never need to use the website to become a patient. You can phone the clinic, or visit us during opening hours, and we will book your appointment for you.

If you find something hard to use, or you need information in another format, please contact us with the page address and what happened. We will reply within a few business days and work on a fix.
