This website belongs to A New Image Denture Clinic in Puyallup, Washington. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

When you send us a message or request an appointment, we receive what you type into the form:

  • Your name, phone number and email address
  • The service you are interested in and your preferred times
  • Anything you write in the message box

Like most websites, our hosting also records standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

Please keep health details for your visit

Website forms are not the place for detailed health information. Please tell us about your health and medications at your appointment, or by phone, rather than in a form.

How we use it

We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

Form messages are emailed to the clinic. We use service providers such as website hosting and email delivery to run the site, and they may process this information for us. We may also share information where the law requires it.

Cookies and outside content

The site may use cookies that are needed for it to work, and may show content from other providers, such as maps.

Our Reviews page shows Google reviews through a widget from Trustindex. When that page loads, your browser connects to Trustindex, which may receive technical data such as your IP address. The reviews themselves are public Google reviews.

Our contact and appointment forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs invisibly in the background to tell real visitors from automated bots, so you will not see a checkbox or puzzle. When a form loads or is sent, your browser connects to Cloudflare, which may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device details, and how the page is being used, to decide whether the visit is genuine. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and for normal business records, then delete them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting the clinic using the details below.
